First Class Weddings is the best! Their coordinator was very good at communicating with us during the planning period and their prices are perfect for what they offer. We hired Kenny as our DJ for our wedding ceremony/reception and he was great! The company will give you access to a website where you can add your favorite songs that you want played as well as specifics for each event. For example, the song you want playing as you walk down the isle, cut the cake, etc. Our one on one meeting with Kenny went great and he totally understood the vibe we were going for our reception. Some songs we put down he didn't play during the dance portion of the night (like a few slow songs) but looking back on the night, I'm glad he didn't because he kept the energy high so that everyone was dancing. The slower songs we listed he played during dinner and while we greeted guests, which was way better. His mix during the night was perfect. I feel like every guest had their favorite song play at some point in the night. He does do song requests, but only if they go with the mood. He doesn't do a lot of "mic time" which we appreciated. The times he was on the mic was just to coordinate events. I also really appreciated being able to text him the morning of the wedding with a last minute change. Thank you Kenny for making our wedding so great!

We hired First Class Weddings and Kenny Powers as our wedding DJ and it was one of the easiest decisions we made. We started by meeting with Caitlyn who talked to us about our budget and what kind of style DJ we were looking for. She recommended Kenny for ceremony and reception music and he was great! We filled out all of our "important" songs (first dance, parent dances, processional) on the portal, which was really convenient. When we met with Kenny he made sure he knew all of our preferences and made sure to give us his number if we had any last minute changes. Kenny was awesome the night of and got people out on the dance floor even with a smaller wedding (~85 people). During our ceremony it was mentioned all of the "first dance" songs that we considered before picking ours and we noticed that Kenny made sure to play all of the songs that didn't make the cut during dinner service, which was really thoughtful. We would definitely recommend FCW and Kenny!!!

We hired Kenny for our very casual wedding reception this summer. We had a nontraditional wedding and he was easily adaptable to what we wanted our night to be. Kenny improvised well and had great suggestions for us all along the way. He was great at keeping us on track so we didn't have to think about what we were supposed to be doing. He picked songs that folks of all ages loved. Kenny got people from 3 to 93 dancing! He was phenomenal at reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor packed all night!

We had the amazing Kenny Powers be the DJ at our wedding this summer. His attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. From the customer portal, to planning calls to last minute changes the day before our wedding the entire process was so easy. Kenny and the FCW staff was always available and provided quick responses with answers to questions. Working with Kenny was great, he provided great input and suggestions for the timeline and organization of the ceremony and reception. Having our guests have fun and dance the night away was one of our top priorities and that was DEFINITELY accomplished. He played all the songs we had discussed during planning and made the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception flow perfectly! All our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they had and that “your DJ was amazing!!”. Highly recommended Kenny and the FCW crew for any wedding/event needs!

Don't hesitate to book Kenny Powers from FCW!!! We met with Kenny prior to our wedding, first off, he is beyond nice and so professional, he put us right at ease. Our wedding day was everything we could have imagined!! He read the crowds so well, and we had the best dance party on the floor. I forgot to tell Kenny that we should play a few Greek songs during dinner, even with such short notice, he was able to find the best Greek songs to play as our guests ate, it was SO appreciated! I don't know how he does it...I am still getting calls from guests saying where did you find your DJ. BOOK KENNY!!!

Kenny Powers was AMAZING!! My husband and I (and our families) could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding on June 24th. Kenny understood exactly what we were looking for and was really down to earth. He was extremely prepared and on top of his game that night.Everything went off perfectly! He even was so attentive to my husband and I, making sure we were in the right spot at the right times, got all our special moments in and he even told us to eat when we needed to! I was pretty worried about how the night was going to flow and wanted to make sure people had a good time and Kenny definitely delivered. The sweetest thing though was that he reached out to me the very next day thanking us for having him and sent pictures that he took himself that he knew I wanted to see! He was simply the best.

We were so excited to have Kenny Powers DJ our wedding! So many of our guests said " we loved your playlist! " but little did they know we gave Kenny free range to read the crowd and gave him only a few songs we didn't want played. He nailed it!
